The project is approved for $1,593,000 Historical Tax Credits, is Approved for NMTC (New Market Tax Credits) of $1,442,000, is Approved for property tax abatement $650,000. Harmon Development LLC currently has 4 Guarantors with Assets of over 10 million.

Investor or Guarantor can buy 50% of Stock for $1.2 Million.
